General Questions
What types of catering services do you provide?
We specialize in a wide range of catering services, including corporate events, weddings, private parties, and special occasions.
Do you provide on-site cooking?
Yes, we offer food setup and drop-off services.
Do you provide setup and cleanup services?
We only offer setup services for your event.
Will there be staff at my event?
We do not provide staff for events, as our service is focused on drop-off catering.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.
Ordering & Delivery
What is the minimum order for catering?
All catering packages require a minimum of 10 people. For delivery orders, there is a $150.00 minimum. Saturday orders require a higher minimum of $300.00.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver Monday through Sunday from 11am to 8pm. Plan your event accordingly to ensure timely delivery.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees start at $35 and may vary depending on your location. Contact us for specific delivery pricing to your area.
Do you offer takeout?
Yes, takeout is available during the same hours as delivery: Monday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm, and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. Pick up at 2945 S Miami Blvd, Durham, NC 27703.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing catering orders as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for weekend events. This allows us to prepare fresh, quality Southern dishes for your special occasion. However, we need at least 24 hours ahead of your event.
Catering Packages
What catering packages do you offer?
We offer four packages: Bronze ($13.25/person) with one protein, two sides, and bread; Silver ($14.25/person) with two proteins, two sides, and bread; Gold ($15.50/person) with two proteins, three sides, and bread; and Platinum ($17.75/person) with three proteins, three sides, and bread.
How do you determine pricing for your services?
Pricing is based on factors such as the number of guests, selected menu items, and chafing dishes.
Can I choose items not on the menu?
Our offerings are exclusively from our established menu.
Food Service
Do you provide chafing dishes?
Yes, disposable chafing dishes are available for $15.00 and serve up to 10 people. We highly recommend them if your event will last more than 45 minutes to keep food warm and fresh.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
